IT/Change Management Specialist
IT/Change Management Kelly Technology is seeking an IT/Change Management role for an open ended contract position at a Fortune 500 client in Houston, TX.
Manager is fine with candidate working 100% remote for the duration of the project.

$42/hr.
-$47/hr.
on Kelly Services W2 plus full benefits.
Looking to get interviews set up the first week in August and targeted start date would be 9/4/23.
Overview This client is an industry-leading chemical company; one of the largest chemical producers in the world.
Responsibilities:
Maintain Change & Communication Plan
Implement and manage Change Agent Network(s) at 140 NA sites
Preparation of key messaging; presentations; video scripts
Preparation and logistics for program information sessions
Maintenance and expansion of Contractor Management website with new information from the project as available
VMS experience helpful
Project Management experience helpful
Frequently Asked Questions preparation and maintenance from info sessions; project mailbox and other feedback
Manage Contractor Management Mailbox and Calendar ensuring daily review of any incoming messages and routing to right project resources for response
Establish measurement to assess stakeholder engagement along the commitment curve (awareness; understanding, acceptance; commitment) with adjustments to Change & Comm Plan if KPIs are below agreed threshold
Qualifications:
Expertise in corporate communications
5-10 years of experience
