Summary:
Seeking an experienced Market & Segment Analytics Senior Analyst with strong analytical and business intelligence skills.
This is a full-time, hybrid position located in either the Houston or DFW market.
The role will collaborate closely with Market Managers and cross-functional groups to identify business problems and provide data-driven solutions to optimize go-to-market strategies.
Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:

Leverage platforms such as Power BI to organize and simplify large, complex data sets into dashboards and tables that can be shared and used by stakeholders throughout the organization2.
Equip internal clients and stakeholders with quick, actionable intelligence they need to make informed, data-driven decisions3.
Provide consumer segmentation insights and performance analytics to internal stakeholders who seek a deeper understanding of their target consumers and markets4.
Leverage intelligence gathered from a variety of internal and external data sources to understand the overarching factors in shaping today and tomorrows business and consumer landscape, including:

Studying the broader macroeconomic environment2.
Evaluating marketplace trends3.
Detecting and understanding emerging signals of change4.
Analyzing the consumer journey and brand experience5.
Identifying gaps and highlighting strategic growth opportunities5.
Provide proactive, collaborative thought leadership, business insights, strategic analysis, and action-oriented recommendations to support major initiatives and meet company and brand growth goals6.
Utilize brand and marketing insights knowledge, business intelligence and consumer research to support the team in developing a clear strategic plan for Reliant7.
Perform other duties as assigned Working Conditions:

Open office environment
Hybrid In office 3 days a week
Some overtime required as special projects arise
Minimal to no travel Minimum Requirements:

At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a Marketing Analytics position
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proven background in working with analytical and business intelligence tools, i.
e.
Power BI, Tableau Preferred
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point) as well as Power BI
Proven experience in managing complex data sets, performing data analysis and developing accurate, insightful and actionable recommendations Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with Sharepoint, Power BI, Orcal and SQL
Highly data-driven with the ability to organize, analyze and articulate-solve complex problems and concepts to make effective business decisions
In-depth understanding of analytics, databases, media channels, and marketing technology platforms
Strong presentation skills with the ability to interface effectively with individuals in various functions and at various levels
Previous background evaluating, testing, and tracking marketing campaigns with the ability to make recommendations
Ability to think creatively and effectively use data to tell a story or explain a concept
Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a detailed and organized manner
