Customer Service Representative

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading Company located in the Houston, TX surrounding area.
Pay Rate:
$15
Responsibilities:
Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures)Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical supportProvide liaison support between customersCoordinate with other departmentsPerform returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting, and closing RMAsUse of Data Works system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty, and report generationReceive product orders and process shipmentsProvide international customer service at times, and in such an event, work a flexible schedulePerform other related duties as assigned, including special projectsBuild Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance with all quality requirementsBasic Hiring Criteria:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
