Job SummaryThe Part Time apprentice Provide support to the Research and Development team for pilot testing.
Works under supervision of other R&D functions to execute pilot tests and to achieve target goals.
The position is responsible for maintenance and operation of the test loop.
Other responsibilities include capturing observations and reporting of the test data, perform repair and routine maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components and onsite machineries.
Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe position is responsible for maintenance and operation of the test loop.
Capturing observations and reporting of the test data,
Test loops change outs, modifications, maintenance and repairs.
Ensures accuracy of instrumentations and control systems.
Maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical components and all onsite machineries.
Assist with preparation of samples for laboratory analytical tests.
Trouble shooting and corrective actions.
Data collection, analysis and reporting.
Assist with development of standard operational procedure.
Thoroughly understands and adheres to relevant safety procedures.
OE/LeanUnderstands and/or actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.
