We are currently pipelining professionals for a prospective project requiring Compliance Administrators, as outlined below:
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing compliance procedures for client engagement teams.
Monitor ongoing compliance with client agreements.
Manage internal records and documentation related to compliance matters.
Evaluate and analyze compliance data.
Develop and present compliance assessments.
Maintain state vendor registrations.
Maintain state and federal contracts, including sales and small business utilization reporting.
Maintain a catalog of policies, procedures, and protocols related to client engagements.
Update Standard Engagement Letter formats on SharePoint.
Support other activities as requested by senior members of the Risk Management Office.
Qualifications:
Demonstrable knowledge of compliance and risk management issues Experience updating files on SharePoint Ability to work with limited supervision and lead projects following tight deadlines Detail oriented Clear written and verbal communication skills 3-5 Years professional experience Preferred Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, or related field is preferred Compliance experience is preferred Contract Administrator experience is preferred Understanding of state and federal contracts is a plus This is a contractor position, onsite at an office location with a hybrid option, paying up to $40
per hour depending on experience and location.
