30pm Job Skills:
Diagnose mechanical issues (mechanical replacement of parts such as pressure pumps, thermocouples, tooling, treating iron, tubing etc.
) Diagnose hydraulic issues (replacement of control valves, pumps, motors, cylinders, and hydraulic pressure hoses).
Diagnose pneumatic issues (troubleshooting control valves, cylinders, vacuum systems, and basic compressor knowledge).
Perform preventative maintenance checks on pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment.
Use Microsoft word, excel and basic computer operation for Maintenance and Test reporting summaries for proper documentation.
Ability to work and communicate well with engineers, management, and all other departments verbally and electronically.
Conducts daily inspection of Piping and welding activities in line with the ITPs and generates concise, accurate daily reports of inspections and tests.
Liaising with Piping/Mechanical Supervisor/Inspector on plans, drawing, specifications and code requirements and executes the specific inspections required on materials, components and construction/installation of piping systems.
Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to or in lieu of those described above, and any duties subject to change at any time, according to the needs of the company.
Education & Training:
High school diploma.
