As the Account Services Specialist, you w ill handle all aspects of National and 3 rd Party Account Management and serve as a liaison between the AP/AR and the Brokerage Team.

Maintain account pricing across applications.
Coordinate with National Account Managers to ensure accurate account or pricing is updated.
Prepare and distribute customized Weekly and Monthly reports Coordinate Periodic Settlements for Customers or Vendors with alternate close schedules Prepare customized advanced Retrieval or Sales-detailed reports.
Maintain Account Services Inbox, ensure accurate and timely responses to all requests.
Account ing Services Specialist 's Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is highly preferred A minimum of 3
years of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience is required 3 rd party-brokered experience is a strong plus Strong organizational and analytical skills preferred Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check Company Culture& Perks This is a 90-day temporary assignment.
