The Reserves Network is seeking an Operations Coordinator for their client in th e Texas Medical Center who will provide administrative support and assist with coordinating assigned projects and programs.

Operations Coordinator I 's Responsibilities Perform general office functions, such as managing correspondence (written, electronic, and phone) and completing and submitting required forms.
Coordinate administrative activities, meetings, conferences, educational activities, and other program-related events.
Develop,maintain, and track project or program timelines.
Conduct reviews to support the project or program activities.
Maintain websites related to the assigned project or program.
Coordinate, develop, and maintain databases to support the program or project activities.
Operations Coordinator I 's Qualifications High School Diploma or GED is required; An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
A minimum of 2-3 years of office management experience is required; p rogram or project management experience is highly preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills are required.
Must be able to use various office equipment such as fax machines, computers, printers, copiers, scanners, etc.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drugs screen and criminal background check Company Culture& Perk s Work Schedule:
