Currently, we are searching for a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to join our team! Position Overview Under the direction of the Global Regulatory Compliance Director, the Regulatory Compliance Coordinator is accountable for the execution, planning and hands on management of tonnage reporting in a manner that meets the requirements and filing deadlines outlined at the state level.
This position will focus on general regulatory support for fertilizer reporting, organization and data retention of regulatory documents, and execution of other regulatory related tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to work in a Cross functional team to collect registration and supporting documents.
Ensure registration and reporting documents are accurate and error-free Ensure payment and documents are provided on time:
track check requests & payments, credit card payments, & file spend reports Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual state tonnage reports using sales data from accounting department.
Assist in the management, organization and data retention of regulatory files.

Draft or maintain standard operating procedures for tonnage reporting in each state Support the maintenance of Stoller Fertilizer state registrations, renewals, Business licenses, OMRI, and Canadian registrations.
Support other required and pertinent documents maintained on the Stoller Regulatory Compliance SharePoint site Provide support for the label review and validation process of fertilizer products Provide support if needed for international product registration Provide support, if needed, for organic product registration Other administrative duties as assigned Assist in support of Compliance general mailbox Key Performance Indicators Timely submission of state reports Assist with the maintenance of document structure and filing systems Provide excellent customer service Collaborative and supportive member of Regulatory Group Required Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology or other science required Basic understanding of chemistry Strong organizational skills Process and detailed oriented 2
years of experience dealing with regulated material, regulatory agencies and/or compliance Microsoft Office Suite experience required.
SharePoint or other document housing software experience strongly preferred Adobe InDesign experience strongly preferred Enjoys working a team environment, but can work independently Desired:
Experience with government reporting Recommended Skills Administration Adobe In Design Attention To Detail Biology Chemistry Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
