A Highly Qualified Marketing Coordinator We're searching for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator who can contribute to existing efforts while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company expansion goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media.
The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously.
The marketing coordinator will have a deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
Daily responsibilities will include creating content that is informative, engaging, and appealing.
Priority will be given to candidates who are comfortable capturing and editing videos for social media reels, have excellent writing and proofreading ability, and have an analytical side for editorial calendar management and ROI reporting.
Be advanced in your digital expertise but be willing to learn new things and be able to accept constructive feedback.
Time management is crucial and placing work as your primary focus during working hours is essential.
A Highly Skilled Event Coordinator Catalyst Funding attends, sponsors, and organizes many networking events throughout the year.
We are searching for a talented and motivated event coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of outstanding and unforgettable events.
This individual will be responsible for contributing to every part of event preparations, such as choosing venues, approving menus, developing layout plans, and evaluating success afterward The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning or event coordination in a corporate environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills and an ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
Above all, the event coordinator must be comfortable in a public facing, networking role that demands a creative, business-driven mindset and lasting relationships with clients and strategic partners.
As the event coordinator, you will assist in coordinating and managing all event set-up, tear down, and the follow-up processes and implementations to make the next event bigger and better than the previous event.
