Partner with the best As a Quality Assurance Engineer you will be responsible for:
Assurance of process capability and product quality / Establishing process to manage Direct Sales product related to Quality process Develop Quality Control plans and Quality inspection plans for Direct Sales orders Coordinate QCP activities and documentation relevant to direct sales quality process Support CE and UKCA certification as required Actively involve new product development, document quality requirements with guidance from WS technology team, and create Quality controls plans and update procedures as necessary.
Work collaboratively with cross function team to investigate customer complaints (Interface with engineering, technology, Operations and strategic sourcing to resolve quality related issues in a timely manner) Analysis and elimination of quality issues by using Quality Tools (facilitate process improvements, qualitative risk assessments, and root cause analysis and corrective actions) Quality support for manufacturing as needed Plan and conduct internal product and process audits Modify inspection plan and ensure quality information records is accurate for incoming goods based on history of quality performance Partner with supplier quality engineer to address supplier related quality issues Be focal point of Material Review Board process, coordinating cross function team to review and disposition defective materials Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering 3
years of relevant work experience Excellent analytical skills.
Good verbal and writing skills.
Experience as an internal auditor Strong with data analysis in Microsoft Excel.
