Summary Ensure compliance of NGL with regulatory requirements and manage oversight sampling & testing program Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
oMonitor NGL received/blended volumes daily and notify terminal operators when their sample is due.
oCoordinate oversight sampling, shipping and analysis for oversight samples.
oFacilitate the timely shipping of NGL samples by providing pre-filled shipping paperwork, instructions, and arranging for the pickup and/or delivery of samples.
oAnalyze NGL certificates of analysis, track quality trends and predict potential quality issues.
oArrange for sampling and analysis of NGL's, review results and approve the delivery of product.
oMonitor and review current and new supply sources to determine if their sampling and test methods are compliant, and if the certification lab meets all applicable regulatory provisions.
Update Suppliers and qualified labs log.
oWork with Supply and Transportation group to ensure carriers provide the blending facilities with compliant lab certification and BOL prior to offloading.
oCoordinate with QA Manager the needs and requirements that ensures the most cost-effective and efficient product certification process.
oWork with Operations staff to schedule and perform training of new facilities, and field operations personnel in the correct sampling, handling, and shipping procedures.
oMaintain a spreadsheet of the total laboratory costs and process the invoices in a timely manner.
oWork with customers and labs to have all NGL cylinders inspected, repaired and certified annually to meet DOT and IATA regulations; maintain log of each cylinder by serial number and update tracking system to trend issues.
oWork with procurement and lab to ensure each location has enough cylinders and shipping cases for timely oversight sample submission.
Distribute updated copies of SDS and cylinders special permits to appropriate individuals/companies annually.
Maintain records of all NGL's delivered by location and submit monthly compliance reports to customers:
oReview/Approve daily received BOLs and certificates of analysis (COAs) and keep the records.
oEnter Rail cars quality data into QDM App in a timely manner.
oGather supply data from multiple resources and cross check it with BOLs and COAs received at each location.
oIdentify discrepancies and work with customers, Supply & Transportation to reconcile the reports.
oMaintain records of all oversight testing analysis spreadsheet for each blending location oProvide a final report to customers monthly basis for their review and approval.
oUpdate a log for tracking the status of each report per month, per customer, and report any issues to QA Manager.
oAssist with customer annual regulatory Attestation by providing requested documents for selected NGL deliveries and oversight testing results.
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
The requirements for this position are listed below Associate degree in Chemistry, accounting, Data Management, Systems Control or related field, or the equivalent work experience.
2-5 years of experience.
Good computer skills, ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including the use of basic functions and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of NGL analytical test methods and lab testing practices.
Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements.
Good Verbal and written communication skills in dealing with internal and external customers as well as maintaining relations with third party suppliers.
Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
Usually, normal office working conditions.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional travel may be required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
