General
Responsibilities:
Issue certificates of insurance and evidences of property insurance as required.
Run Motor Vehicle Reports as required.
Monitor cancellations and keep Account Executive appraised of status.
File claims with carriers.
Process builders risk new starts and monthly reports.
Process endorsements, to include change requests, suspense, invoicing and mailing.
Process audits including invoicing and mailing to insured.
Assist in renewal process by ordering loss runs and monitoring receipt.
Assist in preparing Loss Summary for marketing submissions; provide Loss Updates to team if requested.
Assist in renewal process by gathering information and updating applications.
Assist on processing bond renewals including invoicing and mailing if required.
Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 2
years insurance experience preferred Experience with personal computers and related software (Microsoft Word, Excel) Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight preferred Texas Property & Casualty License preferred, or able to obtain within 90 days.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
