A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Own the end-to-end new associate onboarding and orientation for full-time hires Engage with associates and HR Business Partner (HRBP) in outreach programs throughout the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management coaching, ADA, policy interpretation, etc.
Support talent and performance management initiatives as ARCO continues to grow and develop its workforce Assist HRBP with development and coordination of manager and associate development programs Intake of Associate Relations situations, including creating individual development plans and discipline/PIP documentation as needed, escalating to HRBP as needed Support the ARCO Mentor program by coaching and supporting leaders and mentors to ensure they are providing the best possible mentorship to new associates Support performance management cycle in UKG Foster relationships and build credibility by handling associate queries in a timely and professional manner Contribute to other projects as assigned by HRBP NECESSARY
Qualifications:
2-5 years of Human Resources Experience HR orientation/onboarding experience strongly preferred Bachelor's Degree required, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, Communication or related field preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent computer skills; Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work on multiple tasks while successfully meeting established goals and deadlines Is positive, upbeat, and has fun Recommended Skills Analytical Architecture Coaching And Mentoring Communication Construction Coordinating Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
