Responsibilities:
Format, revise, design, and proof-read client-facing documents quickly, accurately, and efficiently by using various Microsoft Office and SharePoint-based programs Print, bind, and laminate documents Oversee, administrate projects, and distribute as necessary Monitor and prioritize workload taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions Execute special projects from Communications Team Interact professionally and timely with internal service teams via email, phone, and in-person Performs functions of the role within an IMA office more than 50% of the time You Should Have:
