Work closely with management within the sales operations team to ensure customer-facing activities align to the defined sales process.
Develop and refine reports, provide a project management function for sales support related projects.
Other marketing duties as assigned, by management.
Primary Job Responsibilities Provide a project management function for sales teams and/or other management for various sales marketing-related projects Provide a project management function for sales team for further development Ensure that targeted sales training programs are available to the appropriate team members Work with internal Information Technology (IT) and external vendors to modify and implement CRM and other system changes.
In addition, with users and other management to ensure CRM system meets the business requirements of the company Work with users to maintain the data to the most accurate level.
Activities include, but not limited to, de-activating records, removing duplicates, etc Work closely with other management to develop and monitor appropriate marketing and online marketing programs across the company Work closely with the sales team and other management to develop communication programs, both internal and customer facing Assist with training of administrative support personnel along with time and task management for support personnel Vendor management, such as working with service providers to ensure contractual obligations are met Work with other management and users to ensure key sales processes are maintained, including but not limited to:
account management, quoting, order processing and fulfillment, etc Work closely with other management to ensure branding policy is maintained across the company Minimum
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 2 year(s) previous experience Bachelors Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with construction, large electrical engineering or industrial services a definite plus Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Must be computer literate, a Windows based environment preferred (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook) Must be dependable and able to work independently Must have the ability to effectively supervise, motivate, and evaluate others Must accurately follow written and verbal instructions Must count accurately and write legibly.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands:
Typical hours of work Monday through Friday; 8 a.
