If you're based in the Houston, TX area, we'd love to hear from you! SUMMARYAs a Provider Relations Representative (PR Rep) at Innovista, you'll be the catalyst managing our assigned Provider Network and forming strong partnerships with our clients on both risk and non-risk programs.
Your role encompasses everything from driving effective provider communication and implementing strategic programs to mediating conflicts.
Acting as the critical link between contracted health plans, providers, and ancillary providers, you'll promote unparalleled customer service and streamlined program operations.
RESPONSIBILTIES Manage and nurture relationships within assigned Provider Groups, encouraging an atmosphere of constructive communication and inventive problem-solving.
Anticipate Provider Group needs, addressing concerns or complaints related to risk/non-risk programs promptly and effectively to maintain satisfaction.
Develop strategic plans with risk/non-risk groups to drive enrollment for specific products tailored to distinct Provider Groups.
Coordinate and lead meetings with Provider Group Office Managers and Care Team training sessions.
Collaborate with the Client, Account Manager, or VP of Account Management to introduce innovative strategies, communication channels, and reporting techniques across all Provider Groups.
Recognize and seize opportunities for process enhancements and increased participation in established risk/non-risk programs within Provider Groups.
Ensure all training sessions, reporting, compliance tasks, and site visits for Provider Groups are completed within established deadlines.
Oversee ongoing procedures, new integration processes, Provider Relations strategic planning, and utilization reporting.
Foster a culture of continuous efficiency and process enhancement, focusing on the application of technology and inventive procedures to boost performance and productivity.
Maintain the Provider Relations database, ensuring it includes all participating physicians and ancillary providers for the assigned territory.
Carry out all provider orientations and site visits within designated timeframes.
Represent Innovista Health in a positive light, supporting its mission, goals, and objectives.
Engage as a cooperative team player, supporting fellow managers, and set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Requirements At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, including health care services/managed care/consulting, with a minimum of 2-3 years experience with delegated commercial models.
Valid Driver's License and vehicle required.
Ability to travel at least 50% for client meetings within the state required
