Project Planner/Estimator Duties and
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with other departments Expedite and prioritize job schedules Keep customer files and department organized Deliver excellent customer service Maneuver through engineering portals to retrieve plans to bid Provide accurate take-offs Follow the company's operating procedures Research and diagnose customer problems Identify resolutions to problems Provide follow-ups to customer inquiries Document all inquiries and resolutions Project Planner/Estimator Skills and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong mathematical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Microsoft Office proficiency Project Planner/Estimator Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience as an Estimator or similar role required Previous experience working in the construction industry highly preferred Project Planner/Estimator Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time Project Planner/Estimator - Immediate need.
