Here's what you'll be doing :
Process warranty claims Verify criteria required by factory or distributor Post credits on computer Track parts by tagging Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor, or to be scrapped Follow up with the factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims Other duties as assigned Here's what you'll need :
2 years of experience as warranty clerk or similar experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong trouble-shooting skills and demonstrated trustworthiness Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Advanced computer skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (( We Hear You )).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
