Summary:
Under general supervision of Storage Manager, the Storage Technician is responsible for operating all storage facility equipment in connection with receiving, storing and transferring natural gas in a reliable and efficient manner while in compliance with the Partnership's procedures and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily.
The essential job duties for this position are listed below:
Inspect, maintain and repair as needed all facilities as assigned, including but not limited to pipelines, compression, dehydration and measurement facilities.
Mark and locate pipelines with line location equipment and techniques.
Obtain OQ qualifications to mark underground facilities and process one call tickets in adherence to state laws, and company procedures.
Ability to read and utilize drawings, schematics, alignment sheets and P&ID drawings.
Maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA and state regulations) and document required regulatory activities.
Must plan, organize and prioritize assigned responsibilities.
Operate and assist in maintenance activities at our compressor facilities consisting of electric driven reciprocating compressors.
Manage all activities with a focus on safety and compliance.
Use proper tools and equipment to perform regulatory tasks on gas pipelines Perform regulatory tasks such as monitor and record PSV and regulator testing, pipeline patrol, leak surveys and pigging.
Respond to One Call locate requests.
Monitor activity in and around pipelines and facilities and respond as necessary to protect system integrity Maintain required forms, records and reports Respond to pipeline emergencies and perform clean up associated with field operations.
Deliver and pick up tools and parts and other duties as assigned.
Required Education:
High school diploma or GED Minimum Requirements:
Effectively communicate with peers and management of various levels Self-starter able work with little or no supervision Carry a pager or cell phone allowing for shift hold over or shift reassignment, as well as call out at all hours Able to use basic hand tools and operate basic product testing equipment Proficient in mathematics and able to perform all required calculations Proficient with Microsoft Suite Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written Must have and maintain a valid driver's license for state of residence Able to notice subtle Color differences in product samples Must be willing and able to work as a part of team, take direction from supervisor(s), prioritize work schedules, focus attention to details, and follow work rules Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
Level C requires a minimum of 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Level B requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Level A requires a minimum of 4
years of relevant experience in a midstream operations role or equivalent work experience Working Conditions and Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
