Director of Sales and Marketing General Description:
The admissions coordinator assists prospective and new Independent Living and Assisted Living residents and their families in their decision to move to or within Holly Hall by promoting the community, providing information, leading tours and assisting in their relocations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responds to inquiries to and provides marketing tours for prospective residents in Independent and Assisted Living units.
Manages admissions process with prospective parties and interdisciplinary team, including preparing applications, ensuring review of clinical and financial records for approval, communication or results and assigning unit.
Maintains and organizes admissions records, materials and files.
Maintains records of prospective residents and waiting lists.
Assists new residents in the acclimation process after moving in.
Communicates and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless move to, within, or out of the community.
Works with the Senior Director of Operations to establish sales goals and programs to achieve the goals.
Maintains occupancy targets per annual budgeted census.
Works with the Director of Sales and Marketing to ensure Holly Hall has effective marketing collateral.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Five years' experience in senior housing or similar sales management.
Demonstrated interest in continued growth and learning.
Must excel creating and maintaining fruitful relationships.
Must have a high focus on customer service.
Must master the technical aspects of the role including, the computing and reporting environment, contracts/disclosure statements, state regulations, and strategic analysis.
Capable public presentation and written communication skills.
Familiar with the local market and competitive environment.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Must display a pleasant, cooperative, service-oriented attitude at all times with residents, families, physicians, and facility personnel.
Represents Holly Hall both on and off site; and must be team oriented and able to work cooperatively in groups to accomplish a common goal.
Ability to inspire a decision in future residents and their families for a change of lifestyle from early in the sales process through closing.
Self-starter, initiator, willingness to be inconvenienced for the sake of the team.
High motivation level with strong drive to achieve results and contribute to company's success.
