Meta Dental & Orthodontics is a full-service, privately-owned, and family-owned dental office.
We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our team as the Front Desk Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator.
Responsibilities Manage scheduling and patient flow in front office.
Manage and maintain patient files, billing, insurance verification, and scheduling.
Responsible for all scheduling of new patients.
Responsible for patient registration and check-in.
Responsible for scheduling of all patients.
Responsible for patient scheduling and cancellation of appointments.
Assist with scheduling of new patients by contacting providers and their staff members.
Assist with insurance verification by entering patient information into system.
Assist with insurance payer coordination.
Other duties as assigned.
