Dispatcher - Logistics/Transportation

The successful candidate will have Logistics and Air Freight dispatch experience with proven track record of working within an increasingly busy operation and managing drivers daily flow.
The position would be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Supervise all drivers assigned to the dedicated operation Track daily driver movements identifying bottlenecks within operation along with inefficiencies Assist with managing the onsite process flow within assuring all delivery staff is adhering to the completion standards Put together all routes and manage shipment milestones via our TMS (Crown Mobile) Track driver real time utilization of our TMS mobile completion application to assure all are following the standard and our daily KPI's are being met/exceeded Work hand in hand with all customers via email, phone, and at times in person Lead by example with a Can Do attitude throughout the day having a knack for taking ownership of the day to day business finding options when they are not easy to see Working knowledge of DOT, TSA, Hazmat, and CFS (customs in-bond freight) a PLUS The right person will have the ability to multi-task along with continuing to be pliable and focused on driving the operation forward.
Having clear concise communication across the board to both our drivers and customer base alike is an imperative part of the job.
You should have a proven job record and reliability along with verifiable computer skills (typing, 10 key, Excel, Word, Outlook, and TMS).
This is a full-time position that offers Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick, Vacation time, and Retirement plan.
