The Maintenance Manager-EHS Manager will be a hands on leader for two functions within our Enclosures facility.
Your responsibilities will include overall plant maintenance as well as being the EHS champion for the site.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead and train our maintenance technician team in meeting production goals by maintaining equipment functionality and staff performance.
Development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance measures to increase equipment uptime, ensure spare parts availability and control of assets.
Performs frequent machine updates, audits, and inspections at various critical points of machine lines.
Develop, implement, and carry out corporate guidelines for reporting, processes, and procedures related to operational and general employee safety.
Mentor/coach supervisors and employees in all safety related topics and programs including but not limited to:
exposure identification, housekeeping, inspections of facilities and equipment, and identification, classification, and reporting of incidents and potential hazards.
Train and assist supervisors and above in preparing required incident notification, reporting, and investigation reports to ensure that all appropriate documentation is completed in accordance with company-established incident reporting requirements.
YOU HAVE:
Certification in technical, electrical, and/or mechanical machine repair an asset preferred Boiler license required (or ability to renew) OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 required (or must be able to obtain within 90 days of hire) Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred 5+years experience in a manufacturing environment, in a leadership role, and in maintenance management desired Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands:

Tasks are regularly performed with exposure to environmental conditions, such as but not limited to; dirt, dust, pollen, odors, wetness, humidity, rain, fumes, temperature and noise extremes, machinery, vibrations, electric currents, machine hazards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
