Our Guests have high expectations for the quality of our products but also the memorable, thoughtful and efficient hospitality in which it is provided.
As we grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to work on our Oven Fresh Production Team.
This Team makes the cookie dough and portions it using sophisticated mondern production equipment.
An ideal candidate has at least one year experience in a professional kitchen and thrives in a production oriented work environment.
You must have great organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure your production is completed on time and to our standards.
(If you are a task master who loves check lists, then you will do well here!).
You must like working with a team of people because your success depends on how well everyone works together.
We are willing and able to train the right candidate! This job will involve the use of a 60qt floor mixer and a dough depositor machine which portions our cookie dough.
