Full-time, 40 hours per week, in-office position.
Schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with one hour lunch break each day.
No prior law firm experience required if eager and willing to learn, as training will be provided, but must possess excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail, sense of empathy, basic computer skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal, financial, and medical data.
Experience with multi-line phone system a plus.
Experience with case management software a plus.
Previous plaintiffs' PI law firm experience a plus.
Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Pay rate dependent upon prior experience.
