00 per hour Temp to Hire This is an in-office position! Scope and Purpose:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will assist our Marketing department with customer inquiries and maintain various reports for our agents.
Duties and Responsibilities Answer phones and greet visitors.
Maintain email general email box.
Assist Marketing department with various projects and reports.
Maintain spreadsheet and email box for all agent updates.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Set up agent information in an internal program for online enrollment.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills along with active listening.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Maintain a professional attitude in challenging situations.
Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative metrics.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
Proficient technical skills using various programs and applications such as, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex Teams, IBM AS400 (Client Access Solutions), Microsoft SharePoint, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
