We are currently seeking an experienced, highly skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to handle all necessary Maintenance and HVAC repairs at the beautiful, 248 units Sapphire Apartments, in Houston, TX.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Respond to all maintenance service requests by tenants, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance Trouble-shoot, diagnose, and resolve issues Schedule and perform preventative maintenance tasks Interact with tenants in a courteous and professional manner at all times Work with Punch Technicians to prepare the vacant units for occupancy Available for 24/7 emergency on-call service, on a rotating basis with the other technicians at the property Job requirements:
HVAC/ EPA certification required Minimum 5 years experience in Plumbing and HVAC; experience with a chiller/boiler HVAC system is required.
A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience at a multi-family property required Competitive salary and excellent benefits package offered! Job Type:
