9 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description We are looking for a Document Control Specialist with a digital mindset, and a desire to help project driven organizations improve their project execution capabilities through innovative software tools and work processes.
You will be working in a collaborative project environment implementing, configuring, and supporting our Pims R4 and Omega 365 project management software for our customers, with a special emphasis on Document Control.
Our customers typically execute projects ranging from tens of millions to $10
billion, and rely on our software and services to help manage their projects.
Primary Responsibilities Analyzing and evaluating the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement Be an expert on our software tools and work processes to be able to help companies successfully execute their projects Presenting projects, products, ideas and findings in meetings Producing training materials and perform training Assisting technical staff with implementation needs, including process clarifications, test case preparation and execution, when necessary.
Support end users and super users Creating initiatives depending on the business's requirements and needs Developing projects and monitoring project performance Developing reports Collaborating with users and stakeholders Qualifications Required 5
Years relevant work experience supporting business users with enterprise applications used to aid in Document Control, Records Management and Document Management in the energy and construction industry Excellent computer and analytical skills Excellent English communication skills Only applicants who are authorized to work in the US, without company sponsorship, on a full-time, permanent basis will be considered.
