Responsibilities:
Monitor the key indicators (KPI) defined by the given group production, quality, efficiency and other business line within its competence Escalate problems (downtime, IT / technical problems, material shortages, etc.
) towards the shift manager and functional areas Keep up-to-date reporting of the results of the group under its responsibility Monitor, evaluate the performance of employees and, if necessary, request training Proper management of raw materials, as little waste and downtime as possible, Introduction of new products, processes, while ensuring proper documentation of process is maintained Provides training to team members and team developers which includes training on cell processes and stations, manufacturing system, white board, 5S, and Kronos Provides meaningful and timely feedback on employee's performance including completing and conducting annual performance appraisals and developing training plans Resolves day-to-day production and team issues, including terminations, counseling, suspensions, time card approval, manpower tracking, and conflict resolution Identifies and develops qualified replacements Setting continuous improvement goals for all employees Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years of work-related experience required in relevant field including at least 2 years in a lead role.
Proficient with Microsoft office suite Prior experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology preferred Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$50,000.
