The position is also responsible for keeping up with marketing requests, assisting in the tracking of marketing inventory, and other marketing-oriented tasks.
The position provides assistance with administrative work as needed to complete work functions.
In addition, the position will assist the Marketing Director, Marketing Department, and Chief Executive Officer, as necessary.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Responsible for material requests from sites and monitors and maintain the marketing materials per site.
Assists in preparing marketing and outreach materials.
Responsible for writing appropriate content for MyCHN blogs, brochures, etc.
Represents MyCHN in events, in stakeholder input opportunities, and in other groups as needed for occurrences to explain and interpret agency purposes, programs, and policies.
Builds and maintains relationships with the clinical, eligibility, outreach and enrollment, operations, and other key staff.
Inventory and maintenance of prize closet, calendars, and events for current and upcoming promotions.
Assisting the Promotions and Marketing Department with projects as needed in the office.
Attend all training, marketing, or other all-staff MyCHN meetings.
Assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Marketing Director, the Chief Medical Officer, and the Chief Executive Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media Industries, or Journalism degree is a plus.
Experience in a health care setting a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.
Demonstrated analytical and math skills.
Effective communication and report writing skills.
Very organized with time and materials.
