Working with business regarding issues and provide resolution, work with infrastructure, and help desk teams, work on projects working with plant leadership to find business solutions and work with IT teams to find solutions.
Build positive relationships with manufacturing plant end users and resolve IT related issues in a timely manner to deliver to a 90% SLA adherence Integrate with broader regional IT team members and shared resources to enable quick resolution of application / system issues Work with end users to enhance manufacturing processes and procedures, update related documentation and end user SOPs to improve IT support and end-user self-help knowledge base Escalate issues to the appropriate IT technical personnel in a timely manner to avoid downtime Manage issues to resolution within the IT support management systems Debug and correct software issues for manufacturing and plant related systems Install new software and maintain and / or upgrade existing software Maintain procedures and solution documentation related to issues Provide general IT software and system support to end users through telephone, remote desktop support Qualifications Bachelor's Degree within the Information Technology space required 5 years of relevant work experience (IT software and system support to end users through telephone, remote desktop support in a production/manufacturing setting ) Extensive experience w/ MS Access 2003 to 2016.

Oracle and Microsoft SQL objects High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (e.

, Excel, PowerBI (a bonus), PowerPoint, and SharePoint) Experience with manufacturing processes and procedures Outstanding organizational skills with good written skills and verbal skills Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and common desktop software including MS Office and the Windows OS Working knowledge of Network topologies, protocols, and enterprise network equipment Strong knowledge of IT Service Management processes, software, and hardware Experience implementing and supporting new software initiatives and strategic changes within an organization Ability to work in a collaborative team environment High proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (e.
g.
