Expro is currently recruiting for an Associate Compensation Analyst to join the Compensation team based in Houston.
Overall Purpose of the job:
Responsible for assisting with the implementation and administration of group compensation and stock plan programs.
Under general supervision, develops, implements, and administers compensation, such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases and salary surveys.
Keys Activities and Accountabilities:
Provide on-going analysis and operational support to the compensation team, HR, and management on a wide variety of compensation related issues.
Assist with the planning and project management of the annual Rewards Cycle processes (STI, LTI, Merit).
Responsible for job role definitions, job grading or slotting, identification and selection of appropriate market peers, marketing pricing of single or multiple positions, and job offers.
Develops and maintains job titles, job descriptions, including accurate job classifications for all positions; ensures compliance with FLSA and other employment laws and regulations.
Participate in annual compensation surveys to collect and analyze market data to determine company's competitive position.
Assists with the administration of the Company's global equity program, including but not limited to, granting awards, processing releases, and maintaining data integrity of the equity database.
Support administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), including but not limited to, offering period enrollments, purchase of shares, dispositions, and monitor ESPP limits.
Ensure and maintain SOX compliance and work with internal and external teams to ensure successful equity plan audits.
Assists with companywide compensation, equity and ESPP communications and respond to employee inquiries.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Knowledge and
Qualifications:
Degree or related professional qualification 1-2 years previous working experience within HR, preferably related to Compensation Advanced in Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word) Demonstrates solid verbal, written, interpersonal, analytical, and application skills Why Expro? The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
