9 Full-time 10 hours ago Full Job Description Job Description Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently seeking a Benefits M&A Due Diligence Analyst, responsible for supporting the due diligence review process for employee benefit programs of Benefits Clients, Private Equity Partners, and Prospects.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the overall research and due diligence process for Lockton Dunning Benefits Analyze data, research, and organize findings into meaningful information Review documents and information contained in company datarooms Provide periodic updates to Due Diligence Advisors on assigned projects Maintain Lockton's standard of Best Places to Work, resulting in retention of key Associate talent #LI-KC2 Qualification Employee benefits experience highly preferred Highly proficient in the Microsoft product suite Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively relate to and impact key internal and external audiences Ability to convey a professional and positive image and attitude, while fostering a team-based environment Ability to give and receive constructive criticism Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads and meet time sensitive deadlines required Demonstrated ability to protect confidential information Legal right to work in the United States #LI-KC2.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
