The Marketing Coordinator position is a unique position that combines traditional marketing with market research, ultimately supporting Weston's strategic growth plan and business development.
This person will support the development of marketing collateral, online content, social media, presentations, advertisements, tradeshow and conference materials, and other marketing initiatives, as well as perform market research for all business lines and market segments within our company and relevant industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop new and update existing marketing materials (e.
g.
, brochures, qualification packages, presentations, and advertisements).
Coordinate the entire document lifecycle to include conducting reviews with Subject Matter Experts, leading brainstorming activities (e.
g.
, identification of audience and personas), collecting source material, and writing content that aligns with Weston's branding guidelines/principles.
Provide writing, editing, and proofreading for proper grammar, accuracy, and clarity.
Partner with graphic designers to produce effective graphics, design layouts, and visual materials for all marketing materials.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, digital strategies and developing relevant, engaging, and varied web and social media content.
Create content for social media posts, internal and external communications.
Maintain external events calendar to plan all outreach events.
Research, analyze, organize, and interpret market intelligence, existing and new customer information, competitor profiles, sales opportunities, historical contracts, and industry trends to enhance marketing strategies for expansion into new markets and clients.
Gather and summarize news and analysis from online databases, websites, blogs, social media, and other relevant sources.
Prepare ad hoc reports and communicate findings to leadership and project managers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related major) and 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development.
1-2 years of experience within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction AEC industry is preferred.
Must be a self-starter with a passion and proven expertise in information systems and market research.
Ability to think and act strategically.
Combination of strong analytical and writing skills.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, on multiple projects simultaneously with direction from multiple leaders across the firm.
Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and composition, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated high standards of work with exceptional attention to detail resulting in high-quality, error-free deliverables.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, CRM, Govwin by Deltek (Govwin), SAM.
gov (SAM), Bloomberg Government (BGOV), Engineering News Record (ENR), and Integrated Marketing Systems (IMS).
An eye for effective design and an ability to create a compelling story through a combination of graphical and textual elements.
A can do attitude with the ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple deadlines, and execute quickly.
