Due to our ongoing success and expansion we are now searching for an ambitious, motivated and dedicated assistant property management to join our team.
You will be responsible for working closely with the property manager in the day to day management of multiple commercial buildings, this will include; accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair scheduling, contractor/vendor management and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Responsibilities Coordinating maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the assigned property Working closely with the property managers to ensure swift, effective and professional tenant management across our commercial properties Generate and track work orders which will include maintenance, repaid or construction requests Develop and maintain excellent tenant relations Engaging in the vendor bid and selection process for work required on our properties, ensuring service level agreements are always adhered to Participating in the day-to-day financial management of the properties with specific attention to accounts receivable, collection activities, maintenance of accounts payable on a current basis (taking advantage of discounts wherever possible), and the maintenance of all necessary financial records and files in an accurate and timely manner Qualification, Skills and Experience Required Ideally but not essential you will have some property/real estate background Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously; setting your own work goals based on priorities Computer proficiency with strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
