6 9 hours ago Full Job Description The compensation analyst role will be involved in all aspects of compensation and equity administration.
This position will have primary responsibility for the management of all aspects of the company's equity plan administration, including maintaining, reconciling, and auditing equity program information with the company's stock plan administrator.
The individual will be responsible for uploading equity grants, producing and analyzing reports, and being the primary point of contact for stock plan inquiries from employees.
This position will also have significant involvement with compensation related data analytics and will work closely with management to assist in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and other standards that align with the company's compensation philosophy.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY
Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all equity data in the company's system of record.
Regularly reconcile equity activity with the company, broker, transfer agent records, and payroll data.
Support annual broad-based, executive, and ad hoc equity nominations, enrolment, and vesting processes.
Help ensure adherence with equity plan documentation for internal and SOX compliance.
Work with accounting to support monthly accounting processes and reconciliations related to equity and stock-based compensation Partner with internal teams including Financial Reporting, Tax, Payroll, Legal, on all equity-related matters, including report generation and ad hoc requests.
Assist in preparation of data needed for SEC filings, including 10-K and proxy compensation tables.
Design insightful and easy to understand custom reports and dashboards to enable the organization to make fact-based equity decisions Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities while developing and maintaining process documentation to ensure consistent, accurate and repeatable processes Engage with employees by providing timely responses to their questions about equity awards.
Maintain positive relationships with stock plan administration vendors and third-party administrators Analyzes compensation data and utilizes job evaluation process to determine market job match and market price.
Submit and analyze annual and periodic market surveys Create job and market data evaluation reports with easy to understand visuals Assist with compensation design and analysis, including working with large datasets to formulate recommendations for compensation program improvements.
Contribute to the administration of STI, LTI and salary adjustment processes by collaborating with others inside and outside the department Confident and comfortable presenting to executives and assisting executives one-on-one Assist with additional compensation related activities as needed MINIMUM ESSENTIAL
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Five (5) or more years of progressive experience and deep knowledge in compensation and equity administration Advanced proficiency of MS Office Excel, Power Point, Word Experience and knowledge with employment and labor laws pertaining to positions and compensation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data and create insightful charts and graphs Strong attention to detail especially when analyzing large data sets Self-motivated with the ability to problem solve and work independently with a minimum level of supervision.
Strong sense of urgency with demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple activities High integrity and confidentiality with sensitive information displaying the ability to always maintain confidentiality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Professional and confident working with individuals at all levels of the organization, including executives and external vendors/customers PREFERRED
Qualifications:
CCP certification Experience with compensation in the Oil and Gas industry.
Experience with market survey administration Experience working with HRIS systems, specifically compensation applications (UKG preferred) Experience with Pay Factors or similar application Background or experience with statistics EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
