The Marketing Manager will provide transaction, marketing, and business development support to the commercial real estate brokerage and development arms of Orr Commercial.
This position requires the associate to think creatively, take initiative, pivot quickly, and lead from their vantage point in the company.
The successful candidate for this position is comfortable with online and traditional marketing tactics, has a basic understanding of the commercial real estate industry, and is full of ideas about how to market properties and ready to share/execute them.

Maintain the Orr Commercial website content and update accordingly though Hubspot.
Build and maintain property listings, client information, and team member bios as needed on CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, and potentially other third-party sites.
Create and deploy email blasts for property listings, growing retailer clients, and other announcements.
Manage Orr Commercial social media platforms by posting regularly and provide retail support through social media platforms by responding to inquiries accordingly and timely.
Manage creative content generation, campaigns, engaging posts and targeted promotions for digital advertising and marketing.
Marketing Collateral:
Responsible for creating and/or managing production and installation of all collateral materials (both print and digital) including, but not limited to, property flyers, leasing signage, tour books, client presentations, banners, directories, newsletters, etc.
Marketing Budget and Plan:
Maintain budget accountability and administration for marketing expenses.
Create and execute an annual strategic marketing plan.
Programs must be targeted to drive sales and measurable.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the center trade area, market trends and area competition.
Prepare monthly marketing reports to provide insight on center events, programs, and website/social media analytics.
Events and Promotion:
Create quality, result-driven events and promotions.
Efforts should be focused on elevating guest experience while increasing exposure, driving traffic and sales.
Secure tenant involvement for events and promotions and obtain feedback on programming and suggestions that can be implemented to drive more traffic to center.
Assist in event planning for regional trade shows or corporate events.
Orr Brand Work:
Assist brokers with enhancing and maintaining their professional presence on LinkedIn.
Update data in Hubspot and maintain internal drive for maximum efficiency.
Create press releases (transaction-related, new hire, or other) and deploy to local media.
Analyze results and work to strengthen relationships with local media outlets.
Work with team members to submit market/industry award applications for office and brokers.
Marketing Manager Qualifications Required:
Degree in Marketing or 2
years of equivalent work experience Commercial real estate experience/exposure Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and excellent grammar Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions Team player with a positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset Must be willing and able to wear multiple hats, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines Intermediate to advanced Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills; Adobe Illustrator is a plus Strong Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills Preferred:
Experience with Hubspot as a marketing and CRM tool Experience E-mail marketing, public relations, social media, database management, and event coordination experience Job Type:

$50,000.
