As a restaurant shift lead you directly influence the success of MOD by keeping restaurant operations moving smoothly during your scheduled shifts.
You will lead and director your MOD Squad while delegating tasks so that customers have the MOD experience.
As a MOD Restaurant Shift Leader your objective is to live, teach, and demonstrate MODs purpose in all interactions.
Shift Leads in this location earned $15.
58 per hour last quarter including tips.
Restaurant Location - Katy Fry Road, 1330 Fry Rd, Houston, Texas, 77084 Key Responsibilities Lead MOD Squad members and delegate tasks Exhibit a commitment to customer service Problem solve to improve shift execution Share your knowledge with others to encourage and champion teamwork and operational success Act as the food safety leader and ensure food quality, accuracy, and cleanliness in both back of house (BOH) and front of house (FOH) Maintain restaurant appearance standards for customers Maintain a uniquely MOD customer experience in the restaurant with your demeanor, volume of music, engagement, speed, and service.
Coordinate all cash handling policies and procedures Characteristics Grit - You have grit if you are proactive and solution orientated, a problem solver, a doer Growth - A wholehearted belief that you can develop yourself through practice, repetition, and real work.
