As a Call Center Information Specialist you will be responsible for providing friendly, high level of professionalism and efficient customer service.

As a Call Center Information Specialist you will be responsible for providing friendly, best customer service experience possible to every customer.
Handle a large amount of inbound calls in a timely manner with accurate responses.
Identify customers' needs, clarify information given, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives Adhere to all department policies and procedures.
Print, fax and/or email forms/correspondences to customers Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of six (6) months prior work experience in a call center or a customer service role Excellent communication skills and submit to on-site skills testing Must be able to type 30 WPM Data Entry 5KPH Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
High school diploma from an accredited institution or GED equivalent The Perks:
