SummaryAs a Marketing Specialist, you will use your knowledge of digital advertising, social media, photography, and graphic design to drive the company's growth.
The ideal candidate will research and draft marketing plans for new developments and existing communities, provide recommendations to drive performance through multiple marketing platforms, and create digital and physical collateral for different communities.
Duties/Responsibilities Creating ad copy and design for social media and Google PPC ads.
Sourcing new advertising methods Compiling and analyzing data from various online listing sources and advertising campaigns Creating and delivering presentations to various stakeholders Researching and drafting marketing plans for new developments Providing recommendations to various stakeholders to drive performance for various key performance indicators through multiple marketing platforms Driving SEO and SEM marketing efforts Building out, creating content and maintaining branded Youtube video channel Supporting stakeholders with additional training on various marketing initiatives Maximizing Social Media presence and reach Managing Blog content for community and central website Supporting stakeholders with reputation management efforts Attending Community Marketing Events and Corporate Events as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing, preferred Candidates should be prepared to exhibit a portfolio of work Essential Functions Typical work schedule, Monday through Friday Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time Ability to move around work environment including stairs and construction sites Lift or move items up to 25 pounds Wan Bridge Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
