Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently.
Participate in staff training and tax department meetings.
Corporate Senior - prepare high level corporate returns, familiar with various state tax returns, major credits, current relief acts, and prepare provisions/Fin 48 analysis.
Provide assistance to peers and others when requested.
Create positive impression with client by exhibiting professional competence and ability.
Put forth a diligent effort to pass CPA Exam and advance technical knowledge Proactively participates in professional development opportunities, i.

Qualifications:

in Accounting, MS in Taxation preferred.
Eligible to sit for the CPA Exam 2-6 years of relevant experience Understand all aspects of an engagement.
Demonstrate knowledge of accounting principles and tax standards to effectively supervise staff and solve routine engagement principles.
Strong technology skills, with proficiency in Fast Tax Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
Effectively articulates basic tax and business issues and their resolutions.
Exhibit effective listening and verbal skills as demonstrated by engagement behavior and staff performance.
