Responsibilities:
Prepare and process the weekly pay run, and work closely with AP to address any process issues Reconcile general ledger and bank activity for US and global accounts Assist in the preparation and analysis of cash forecasts and scorecards for USA and other regions Prepare remote desktop deposits as required Maintain reporting of global letters of credit and bank guarantees outstanding for bank covenants Assist with certificates of insurance requests Prepare monthly intercompany billing requests for letter of credit charges Perform monthly bank account fee analysis and credit card merchant fee review reports Manage monthly bank account statements Manage bank account management documents and records Perform bank account verifications Take on ad-hoc projects and other duties as needed Your proactive approach to seeking out new responsibilities and augmenting your knowledge base via continued learning will make you an invaluable member of our team.

Corporate treasury or accounting experience.
Education Required Bachelors or better in Finance or related field Behaviors Preferred Innovative:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
