Responsibilities:
Market Luna's services in Houston and surrounding areas.
Our four locations are located in League City, Friendwood, Texas City, and Baytown.
Attending weekly meetings and events such as Chambers and Organizations.
Manage, generate leads, and enhance catering, private room, dine-in, and to-go sales by procuring new guests and building relationships with current guests.
Cold-calling and door to door sales.
Work directly with individuals and businesses to offer our services.
Sustain and increase brand awareness, reputation, and loyalty through exposure of product to businesses and consumers in all areas.
Cultivate relationships with businesses such as hotels, banquet facilities, and more to use use as premier caterers.
Develop and enrich customer service experience.
Coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities/events in the community.
Acts as marketing liaison between corporate office and assigned restaurants management team.
Handling customer compliants.
Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Utilizes online resources and social media on a daily basis to market, advertise, maximize time management, new leads, and communications and follow up.
Use of computer programs to design in-store displays and marketing material.
Requirements:
Previous experience in door to door sales / public relations / customer service / communications / marketing / catering.
Must have reliable transportation for daily outside marketing and sales.
Already established relationships with general businesses, customers, organizations and chamber communities.
Results oriented individual that can work effectively with no supervision.
Relevant product and restaurant / food industry knowledge a plus.
Proficiency with computers, internet, social media, Microsoft office programs.
Outstanding communication skills.
Strong sense of teamwork.
Bilingual preferred but not required (Spanish).
