is responsible for engaging with new customers to grow sales territory through referrals, networking and outbound calling.
Implement a strategic sales plan to expand and maintain book of business.
Manage client relationships resulting in the elevation of customer retention.

Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Prospect for new clients and Perform 200
outbound dials per day Job Requirements Currently licensed in Property and Casualty- REQUIRED Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
Associates degree or higher- preferred Must be highly self-motivated.
Self directed Strong verbal and written skills Bilingual is strongly preferred but not required.
Pay:
$40,000.
