Description We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Business Partner drive to and support our field operations hiring objectives, through the development and execution of relevant recruiting strategies. The Senior Recruiting Business Partner will be engrained in the business serving as a strategic trusted advisor able to effectively identify and qualify high-potential candidates that meets or exceeds the minimum job requirements. Responsibilities:
Responsible for partnering and cultivating relationships with Primoris hiring authorities to understand hiring goals both current and future, role requirements, and relevant criteria for candidates. Responsible for executing cradle-to-grave recruitment for the Utilities Segment for Primoris, which is describe as; applicant-to-candidate, candidate-to-interview, candidate-to-offer. Responsible for traveling to Primoris locations when necessary to hold onsite hiring events, interviews, or other events related to recruitment. Responsible for understanding and communicating supply and demand talent data, market trends, compensation, geo-specific data, and other variables that effect the talent pool. Proficient in high-volume sourcing, qualifying, presenting, and scheduling candidates with the hiring authorities. Responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience by meticulous follow-through and follow-up during the recruitment stages. Proficient in leveraging various recruiting channels and methods to increase candidate pipeline through, calling, texting, emailing, social media, referrals, community outreach, workforce solutions, and hiring events. Responsible for planning, attending and or hosting hiring events and career fairs to promote the Primoris brand to potential candidates. Responsible for determining optimal recruiting advertising mix, such as job boards/aggregators, career sites, and social media outlets. Proficient in effective requisition management with meticulous attention to detail and acceptable data integrity for advertising and compliance purposes. Responsible for position description review and development to ensure accurate information regarding role and responsibilities. To ensure that language used is inclusive and in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations. Proficient in the use of cloud-based software UKG/UltiPro or similar HCM system, as well as standard software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Deep understanding of calculating, analyzing and understanding recruitment metrics (i.e.TTF, TTH, QOH). Responsible for updating WAR with pertinent information concerning the management of active requisitions on a weekly basis. Responsible for accurate and timely opening and closure of all job requisitions. Responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinates on the team. Responsible for completing other projects and objectives related to the recruitment function as required. Education & Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or some college with at least 7-10 years of tangible experience in staffing or corporate recruiting. Exceptional written and verbal communication acumen. Exceptional organizational skill and able to rank and allocate priorities effectively. Experienced managing a high-requisition load. Proficient in UKG/UltiPro or a similar HCM or ATS. Proficient in traditional, conventional, and digital/social media recruitment methods. Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar SaaS platform. Proficient in AI and Boolean Operator methods. Understanding of requisition management, candidate recordkeeping and compliance matters related to recruitment and hiring practices. Able to travel to Primoris locations in the assigned region, as well as to hiring events, schools, or other community outreach efforts. EEO Statement:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
HR Recruitment & Placement, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
