Senior Civil Project Manager
Description Job Overview:
Primoris Industrial and Civil is searching for a Senior level Project Manager in the for the Texas region. This position can sit in either Houston or Belton, TX. This position will manage multiple earthmoving, sitework, and underground drainage projects in the area. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain client relationships. Assist in negotiating and administration of terms and conditions of client contracts. Manage estimates including takeoff, schedules, and proposals. Solicit and scope subcontractor bids and proposals during proposal phase of projects. Manage subcontract agreements and vendor purchase orders for individual projects. Preparation of weekly and monthly cost reports, and forecasts. Evaluate job performance, productions, and perform schedule updates. Participate in the planning and scheduling of future and current projects. Lead regular job meetings and oversee the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes. Review and respond where necessary to all project documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFI's, and change requests. Preparation of change cost estimates and proposals and maintains proposed change order logs and records. Participate in company-wide and job-specific safety programs. Basic
Qualifications:
BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or related industry experience. 10
years of project management experience with site prep, underground drainage, and dirt work projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Computer literate, Viewpoint, HCSS, AutoCAD and Primavera desirable. Preferred
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of HCSS preferred. Company Overview:
