Compute Channel & SMB Go To Market

Develop and/or deliver integrated end-customer, go-to-market programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions within Compute global business unit. Responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated end-customer go-to-market (GTM) programs for Channel partners and SMB Ecosystems. Supporting global business unit focused on inbound (Sales-facing) activities. Defines and/or manages execution of GTM strategies and tactical plans. Develops/manages GTM program budgets. Aligns organizations/processes to achieve program goals. Develops and/or manages delivery of value propositions and sales enablement offerings. Develops demand generation campaigns. Develops and/or executes upsell/cross-sell/attach efforts. Drive partner development/relationships specific to GTM programs. Determines GTM program goals/benchmarks and tracks/analyzes results using closed-loop analysis. Drives continuous improvements to GTM efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Develop and secure approval for GTM plans and budgets. Direct cross-functional, cross- organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets. Define GTM metrics/goals/ benchmarks and track/report progress against them. Develop closed-loop post- analysis for Go-To-Market programs and identify/execute indicated actions. Assist sales with development of sales training materials. Lead and drive the end to end strategy and operational for the Go- To-Market programs. Creates alliance between Channel and SMB to efficiently drive the programs, understand and map how the organizations works and align strategies to enable programs together. Alignment with GEOs to understand Customers need, coordinate between GBUs and GEOs to efficiently drive the strategies. Design, develop and implement joint Go-To-Market programs based on solutions selling. Manage the content and asset creations, GEO training and demand generation activities. First Level University degree; MBA preferred 7

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
