The GreenLake Ecosystem Scale Business Planning Analyst will define a portfolio of programs that engage our Partners with the goal of landing the organization's growth targets. Serving as a key change-agent, the lead will work with each Partner Type Business leader in the setup and execution of partner-incentive programs that best align to their respective GTM strategic plans. This role is a recognized authority on subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories, and techniques to solve complex business issues. Contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Can lead cross-division teams or projects. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Could be asked to represent the organization to external partners. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to a team. How You'll Make Your Mark:
o Defines portfolio of partner-incentive programs in support of growth targets. o Leads our Ecosystem Scale team in developing the structure of compensation and incentive programs. i.e., Activity based incentives, Rebates, SPIFFS o Presents proposals with executive level engagement inclusive of Partners leaders, escalates and communicates issues across stakeholder teams. o Works across each Ecosystem Scale team to identify partners, proposed incentives structures, discuss program performance, communicates issues to stakeholders and recommends program modifications in support of by Partner Type strategic plans. o Engages with Ecosystem Data Analyst providing input on performance of incentives and identification of BI requirements for the management tools. o Reports out on program performance, communicate issues to stakeholders and corrective modifications in support Partner Type strategic plans. o Aligns with each Partner Type Business lead (Reseller, SI, SP, ISV) to setup and launch incentive programs that best align to their respective GTM strategic plans. o Evaluates, selects, and creates forms of forecasting and planning methodologies to be used across the business to develop guidance for updating and deploying incentive tools and system enhancements. About You:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 5-7 yrs. experience designing and implementing overall process and tools management and improvement frameworks to support sales compensation and incentive operations. Extensive experience in interpreting and executing incentive programs. History of innovation with examples of developing new processes and practices for partner incentive programs or equivalent sales commission operations. Join Us and Make Your Mark! We offer:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
