Global Purchasing ESG Project Manager for RMPEM Global Purchasing ESG Project Manager for Logistics Global Purchasing ESG Project Manager for Corporate Services and NA Supplier Diversity Leader Global Purchasing ESG Project Manager for MROCE Developing and implementing innovative and progressive environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) strategies is key to Dow's sustainability initiatives. Dow's Global Sustainable Procurement program strives to implement and track ESG improvements in Dow's supply chain for all sourcing categories. The Global Purchasing ESG Sustainability Project Manager is responsible for embedding sustainability across sourcing processes and supplier selection, defining and tracking KPIs, developing RFI, tender and contract language, identifying key opportunity areas for impact, and supplier engagement. The role will also support the implementation of a new corporate-wide Supplier ESG Program for Dow and partner closely with Global Sustainability, Supplier Diversity and Category leaders to implement our ESG strategy and priorities for the respective Commercial Area of responsibility (RMPEM, Logistics, MROCE, or Corporate Services). Responsibilities and Duties:
Enabling Dow's transition to more sustainable services by collaborating with Purchasing staff to develop processes for supplier identification, vetting, business prequalification, contracting, and supplier relationship management. Define KPIs and ESG-related terms for the Commercial Area supplier agreements. Developing relationships with key suppliers, including participating in supplier relationship management meetings, assisting with ESG data collection, developing educational and inspiration outreach and trainings, and crafting improvement plans where needed via Dow's Supplier ESG Program. Creating strong partnerships within Procurement, as well as with businesses and functions, to ensure that Dow is on track to meet its ESG goals. Define the path2zero plan for Scope 3 emissions managed by the respective Commercial Area global spend, and leading implementation of Scope 3 carbon reduction initiatives while establishing contracts as proof of concept. Responsible to identify and prioritize opportunity identification to develop and engage diverse suppliers, growing approved supply base and improve upward trajectory in diverse spend. Drive the supplier diversity program within the Commercial Area through participation on the global core team, leading the implementation of enabling projects, working with our sourcing organization and regional partners to advance policies and procedures in order to significantly grow our supplier base and achieve top benchmarking list. Developing materials to communicate with and educate Procurement staff on new process flows and supplier relationship management, including presentations, success stories, and interactive discussions. Partnering with external ESG and Supplier Diversity industry and advocacy group and Supplier Diversity certifying bodies where it relates to the respective Commercial Area of responsibility. Ensuring Dow remains compliant with regulatory issues related to respective Commercial Area of responsibility by tracking existing and emerging policies and identifying services and suppliers of potential ESG risk in Dow's supply chain. Contributing to Dow's ESG reporting, internal and external communications, and other initiatives within Dow related to respective Commercial Area of responsibility. Responsible to define the CS reporting and analytical needs to effective track diverse spend and supplier ESG improvement for respective Commercial Area of responsibility. Responsible to track sustainable solutions, identifying new technologies or suppliers that may help Dow successfully reach its ESG goals. Critical Success Factors:

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business or related Scienc or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher is required. Minimum 5 years working experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, marketing with concrete achievements in sustainability, climate transition or supplier diversity projects, data management. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
